The plankton dies out, it precipitates at the bottom of the sea, and a large amount of oxygens in the sea are consumed by the process resolved by bacteria. As a result, oxygen-deficient water with extremely little dissolved oxygen is formed. There is no flow of the tide where it rains, and the wind doesn't blow.

雨が降り、風が吹いていない、潮の流れがない状態でした。

The sea is a blue tide. The color of the sea is blue. It rained. The change appeared to a blue tide of the sea. The color on the surface of the sea changed.

It divided into two (the color of a blue tide and the color of the sea).
And, it thought.
海は青潮になっています。海の色は青色です。雨が降りました。海の青潮に変化が現れました。海の表面の色が変わりました。

それで考えました。

Blue tide. It thought about rain. I thought that the pool was made in the sea. The surface of the sea did not become because there was a ruggedness, and, however, it was thought that the place with the part in the sea besides the part of a blue tide was a road where rain flowed.

青潮についてではなく。雨について考えました。海上に水溜が出来ていると思ったのです。海の表面は凹凸があるわけではなりません、でも青潮の部分の他に海の部分がある所は雨の流れる道ではないかと考えました。
